"Hey there, fellow human! Life's stress-fest ain't slowing down, but I've got a delightful little secret to help you grow some zen. Let me show you the ropes!"
You know that feeling when you're juggling your family and business life like a circus performer on a tightrope, trying not to lose your cool?
Well, honey, I've been there.
As a fellow mama with anxiety knocking on my door, I needed something to help me chillax without zoning out into a meditative trance. Sure, I've been a meditation fan for ages, but with life spinning like a whirlwind around me, my brain just wouldn't stop buzzing.
So, I went on a quest for a more lively chill pill.
And guess what?
I found it.
Picture this: sipping a warm mug of green jasmine tea (or white wine if that’s your jam) on your deck while admiring your lush garden, feeling like the queen of your own serene oasis.
Enter: gardening - your new BFF for stress relief, simple pleasures, and a delightful way to unwind. Because who wouldn't want to bring a splash of abundance and zen into their life with a little dirt therapy?
Cheers to that, my fellow garden goddesses!
Several studies coming out of the UK
have shown that GARDENING:
decreases cortisol levels (cortisol is a stress hormone),
elevates well-being,
creates community.
Oh, darling! So many peeps think they need a sprawling estate for a proper garden.
But guess what?
You can totally rock a garden:
:
In a cute little pot..
In a roomy container.
Right next to your driveway. Who knew?
